This course begins with a solid education of the basic anatomy and then goes on to give you hands on immediately applicable self massage techniques, simple stretches and advise for helping posture and other habits that may be contributing to the pain. She also highlights what is often a missing puzzle piece in Head, Neck and Jaw pain = airway issues, and gives you the resources to learn more. I am a massage therapist myself. I was looking for something to give as "homework" to my clients to be able to help themselves. I took the class and was blown away - Katie gives you so much useful information, but it's presented in a way that is easy to follow and not overwhelming WITHOUT being in any way "dumbed down". I learned a few things myself! I now suggest this class to every single client of mine, and the ones who buy it and do the exercises get great results. They have a lot less pain and they feel empowered to help themselves. This course is worth hundreds of dollars, but I appreciate that the price is kept low so it is accessible. Can not recommend this course enough!

When I first started seeing Katie, I had regular headaches around the temple area, pain in my right jaw joint, and felt ringing in my ears. Katie was able to identify what muscles were causing the pain and worked on those areas to relieve the tension. She showed me how to do some simple self-massage exercises to do at home to prevent headaches. In a short time, my headaches subsided and I even noticed my bite started evening out again.
